The company offers a wide variety of traditional and contemporary jewellery designs in gold, diamonds, and precious stones, catering to diverse customer preferences.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in London for a Sales Executive at Kalyan Jewellers India Limited. The Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying and purchasing jewellery that meets their needs and preferences while ensuring superior customer service. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining product knowledge, managing display arrangements, processing sales transactions, meeting sales targets, and addressing customer inquiries. Additionally, the role requires collaborating with the team to create a positive shopping experience with a focus on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.QualificationsProficiency in customer engagement, interpersonal communication, and providing exceptional customer serviceStrong sales skills, relationship-building, and ability to meet sales targets effectivelyAttention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of jewellery, including gold, diamonds, and precious stonesAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environmentExperience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer proficiencyFluency in English (additional language skills would be advantageous)Prior experience in retail sales, especially in the jewellery sector, is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or sales will be a plus
