If you are proactive, have a hunter’s mindset, and are comfortable engaging customers both offline and online, you are the perfect fit for this role.Your Day-to-DayEngage walk-in, online, and referred customers to promote and sell CARSOME’s vehicles.Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand customer base and drive revenue growth.Guide customers through the full car-buying journey: from inquiries and test drives to financing applications and purchase completion.Leverage social media platforms to generate leads, engage prospects, and promote CARSOME’s inventory.Host or support live product demonstrations and Q&A sessions to increase digital engagement and conversion (bonus skill).Ensure accurate completion of documentation and records for smooth transactions.Deliver excellent aftersales service to build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.Your Know-HowProven experience in sales (automotive, retail, hospitality, or related industries preferred).Sales-oriented and target-driven, with a strong hunter mentality.Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.Social media literacy; ability to use digital tools to engage and attract customers.Confidence in live hosting (bonus skill).Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a high-energy environment.Computer literate with strong attention to detail in handling sales processes
