At Korimana, guests are guided toward balance, clarity, and inner peace, inspired by the principles of sacred simplicity, nature as a guide, and energy as medicine.Role DescriptionThe Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Quito. This individual will play a key role in promoting Korimana Healing Retreat's services and experiences to potential clients, with a focus on building strong relationships and expanding the retreat's global presence. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, attending events and networking opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach and promotional efforts with the retreat's core valuesSales Executive will directly.report to the Commercial Director.QualificationsSales and business development skills, including familiarity with creating and implementing effective sales strategiesRelationship management and communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture partnershipsExperience in marketing or promotional activities, including collaborating on campaigns.Proficiency in market research and identifying business opportunitiesStrong organizational and time-management abilities, with a results-driven mindsetKnowledge of holistic health practices, wellness retreats, or similar industries is a strong advantageFluency in English and Spanish,.Results-driven, proactive, and self-managing.Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple markets.Experience working with luxury travel agencies is a strong plus.
