Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive sales of our creative and digital services, including logos, websites, marketing materials, and mobile apps. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of digital product sales, and the ability to work under pressure to meet sales targets.Key Responsibilities:* Drive sales of design and development services including logos, websites, branding, digital marketing materials, and mobile apps.* Conduct Business Analyst (BA) calls to understand client requirements and pitch relevant solutions.* Own and deliver a monthly sales target of $8,000–$10,000.* Maintain strong follow-up with leads and convert inbound and outbound prospects into paying customers.* Coordinate with the logo production team and internal departments to ensure smooth project handover post-sale.* Manage time effectively, prioritize leads, and handle multiple conversations across different sales stages.* Work under sales pressure while maintaining quality and professionalism in client interactions.* Keep CRM and project management tools (e.g., Basecamp) up to date with lead/client activity and progress.* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional design services.* Stay up to date with the company’s products, features, and offerings to communicate value effectively.* Collaborate with the marketing team on feedback, promotions, and improving lead quality.Requirements:* Proven experience in sales, preferably in design, creative, or digital services.* Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.* Strong understanding of websites, branding, marketing collateral, mobile apps, and how to sell these services.* Prior experience working with or selling services through PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns.* Comfortable working with and achieving monthly revenue targets under a performance-driven environment.* Strong coordination and follow-up skills to manage lead pipelines effectively.* Basic familiarity with Basecamp for task and communication tracking.* A degree in IT, or Marketing, is a plus but not mandatory.
