Meanwhile, Sika leads the field in total bonding, sealing, damping, reinforcing and protection solutions for bus, truck and rail vehicle manufacturing, and for the assembly of appliances, industrial equipment and building components.Sika Kimia Sdn Bhd currently employs more than 340 people in Sales & Marketing, Technical Service, Finance, HR & Administration, Laboratory, Production, Purchasing, Customer Service and Warehouse.Job DescriptionThe Sales Executive is responsible for creation and maintenance of sufficient quantity and quality of customer contacts and relationships to ensure achievement ofAchieve agreed sales and contribution target / budget and promote Sika products to all potential customers in the designated territory.The development of new business within respective area with the support of the Target Market Managers (TMMs), Specification Team & Technical Service Team.The implementation of sales and marketing objectives for the respective area.Provision of necessary customer, product & market information as directed by the superior to enable the necessary regional support requirements to be realised.Manage and develop customer relationship of designated global & regional key account customers together with the Key Project Management team.Effectively respond to market conditions and customer requirements.Work effectively together with other team members to ensure maintenance and development of customer relationships which cross geographical boundaries.Record daily activities in a timely fashion within the company Salesforce database.QualificationsPreferably Diploma in any discipline or relevant experienceDegree in any discipline, preferably Civil Engineering;MBA, added advantageousAdditional InformationPossess strong technical aptitude and able to work independently with minimal supervision;Excellent computer skills including PowerPoint presentation and Excel spreadsheet applications;Strong organisational and communication skills;Able to work independently and in a team environment;Able to travel when required;Fluent in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia; and able to communicate in Mandarin and local dialects would be an added advantage.Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar industry
