Chile- Sales Partner & Compliance - Job DescriptionJob ResponsibilitiesSales Role:Research and prepare a database of prospective customers in the region allocated to you as per the given guidelinesResearch and find emails and phone numbers of C-Suite HR & Finance professionals in designated prospectsRun focused calling, emailing & LinkedIn campaign.Actively use social media (Linked in + Twitter + Facebook) to develop a broad network for effective prospecting.Establish active discussions with client decision makers positioning Neeyamo Technology and servicesWork with solutioning team to create effective pitch decks as per prospect needsParticipate in local marketing events.Establish relationships with advisors, analysts and industry influencersCoordinate and arrange Demo / Meeting, Participate in Creating / Presenting solution, Participate in Bid DefenceBuild Strong relationship with prospect key stakeholder during Bid processHelp in closing Business with prospectCoordinate with legal during the Contracting phase.Team Player working with Enterprise SalesExplore and suggest additional business revenue streams and new business expansion strategiesRepresenting Neeyamo in any physical meetingsMeet defined revenue targets Payroll Last Mile support Role:Last Mile Compliance Activity – Statutory Coverage and Field Work. (Income Tax, Social Security, New Joiner, Leaver, Expat, Pensions) Monthly, Annual and Adhoc file Submissions to authority portal (like csv, xml, .txt etc.) to be submitted. Submission of Authority Acknowledgment, payment receipt and other relevant proof documents on Neeyamo Compliance Support any in country activities to enable Registration and De-Registration of clients employeesOwning Neeyamo’s access to government portals in the countryExecute online and physical submission activities with 100% accuracy as per training receivedRepresent Neeyamo to local government authorities and support coordination if any requiredSkills: Good verbal and written communication. (Local + English). Great Attitude - go-getter approach.Demonstrated PersistenceGood MS Excel knowledge Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: University/college degree Experience: 1-3 years relevant experience in any services SalesLocation & Shift AvailabilityChile-Remote & Onsite as per work needs. Full time job, Monday to Friday. CompensationMonthly fixed SalaryThis role will attract Sales incentive as per Neeyamo PolicyEach person will have Revenue Target to achieve and Target detail will be given as separate letter along with Offer letter
