Our client is a property management company in the UAE. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join the team. Position-Sales ExecutiveLocation-DubaiExperience-Min-2 yearsUAE Driving License-MandatorySalary range-6K+CommissionsIndustry-Real Estate/HospitalityResponsibilities: · Build and manage a strong pipeline of homeowners and landlords through calls, WhatsApp/email, referrals, neighborhood canvassing, and face-to-face meetings. · Conduct discovery calls and onsite visits; present company services and confidently handle objections. · Prepare revenue estimates and proposals; negotiate terms and close contracts. · Ensure smooth handover to the Operations team until listings go live on all OTAs. · Maintain excellent CRM hygiene, accurate data entry, and timely updates. · Share weekly forecasts, performance insights, and market intelligence. · Develop and maintain long-term relationships with property owners to drive retention, satisfaction, and referrals. · Engage existing clients proactively to strengthen partnerships, identify upselling opportunities, and minimize churn.Qualifications: · 2–5 years of target driven sales experience (real estate / hospitality preferred) · Confident closer with strong consultative selling & objection handling · Working knowledge of Dubai holiday-home/OTA landscape (or a fast learner) · UAE driving license; immediate joiners welcome
