Our mission is simple: help our clients build brands that get attention and convert it into real business.Now, we’re looking for a Sales Executive / Business Manager who can help us scale by bringing in new clients and managing the entire business acquisition process from lead to close.Role Overview:As the Sales Executive / Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, pitching our services, and closing deals. You’ll act as the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through pricing, proposals, contracts, and onboarding ensuring a smooth handover to the operations team.This role is perfect for someone who loves sales, communication, and relationship-building, and wants to grow in a fast-paced creative environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients across real estate, lifestyle, and other business sectors.Client Outreach: Initiate conversations through calls, DMs, emails, and networking events to introduce our services.Pitching & Closing: Present our video packages, explain our value proposition, and close deals confidently.Pricing & Negotiation: Prepare custom quotations and negotiate pricing that aligns with company goals.Contract & Invoice Handling: Send agreements, follow up on signatures, issue invoices, and ensure payments are received on time.Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients for renewals, upsells, and referrals.Business Reporting: Track leads, deals, and revenue progress using internal systems and provide weekly updates to the founder.Coordination: Work closely with the operations and creative teams to ensure new clients are smoothly onboarded and projects kick off seamlessly.What We’re Looking For:1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (agency or media experience preferred).Excellent communication and persuasion skills — confident in reaching out and presenting.Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation trends.Organized, self-driven, and target-oriented individual.Comfortable using tools like CRM systems, Google Sheets, and email automation.Must be based in Dubai (on-ground client meetings may be required).
