Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate (Call Center)Location: Islampura, LahoreEmployment Type: Full-time, OnsiteAbout the RoleWe are seeking energetic and persuasive Sales Executives to join our real estate call center team. In this role, you will contact potential buyers, introduce Dubai real estate investment opportunities, and guide clients through the property buying process. You will play a key role in generating qualified leads and closing sales.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients and explain available real estate projects.Promote Dubai property investment opportunities and highlight key project benefits.Maintain strong product knowledge of current and upcoming real estate developments.Qualify leads, follow up with interested buyers, and assist in closing deals.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clientsAchieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.Update and maintain client information in the CRM system.Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign performance.RequirementsMinimum education:Bachelor’s degree.Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.Previous experience in real estate sales or telemarketing is preferred.Fluency in English and Urdu;Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.Basic computer skills (CRM knowledge preferred).BenefitsFixed salary plus high commissions on closed deals.Performance-based bonuses and incentives.Professional training and growth opportunities in the Dubai real estate market.Supportive and energetic work environment.Interested Candidate Can Send Their Resumes at careers@tecrec.org.
