The headquarters is located in Selby, Johannesburg, with a regional site in Bloemfontein, among others.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Bloemfontein. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing and delivering effective sales presentations, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Sales Executive with business analysis experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling physical document storage and software solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients in the records storage and management industry. This role will focus on driving sales of document storage and archiving software, digitalization solutions, and digital transformation platforms that enhance business process automation and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).Responsibilities• Selling all services offered by The Document Warehouse• The main focus will be on selling Electronic Document Management Solutions (EDMS)• You will responsible to sell to and support both end users and channel partners, leveraging all routes to market. • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior level decision makers and other key buyers and partners.• Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:o Identify and target potential clients.o Gaining a thorough understanding of the client’s business and the industry in which they operateo Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.o Identifying needs which the company can help resolve, developing compelling business value proposals, and ultimately closing business.o Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.o Understand the unique challenges and pain points of each client related to information management.o Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.o Recommend and position software solutions that address these challenges and deliver measurable value.o Demonstrate the ability to address each customer’s unique enquiry, while providing them with the proper information and appropriate solution based on the customer’s specific needs and interestso Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and the closing processo Cold canvassing and cold calling to on board new customers.o Being the deal owner for all your new deals in the funnelo Closing deals (80% of your time) but also some lead development and coaching of inside sales reps (20% of your time)o Transferring deals to account management after closingo Setting up new sales approaches like data driven sales and partneringo Continuously providing feedback from prospects to the marketing and product teamso Serve as the primary point of contact for any questions or concerns related to software solutions.o Must be strong in admin & must be able to compile tendersQualifications• At least 2 – 5 years’ experience in a sales / new business development / business analysis within the software industry • Must have proven experience / track record in negotiating and closing deals / accounts• Must be able to communicate the technical details and capabilities of products to clients and demonstrate how they will meet the client’s needs.• Ability to hunt for new business and source new leads (hunter) is highly desirable• Excellent communication skills.• Attention to detail.• Able to design optimum solutions – creative and independent problem solving.• Bilingual • Own Transport
