Job SummaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive (Tourism) to join our dynamic Lagos branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting, selling, and managing inbound and outbound tour packages, coordinating with hotels and local suppliers, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the travel experience.This role requires a proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented individual who is available to support clients and operations beyond standard working hours.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and promote inbound and outbound travel packages for individual and corporate clients.Handle client inquiries, prepare customized tour quotations, and convert leads into confirmed sales.Build and maintain relationships with hotels, transport companies, and tourism service providers for contracting and rate negotiations.Coordinate all travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transfers, excursions) to ensure seamless execution.Collaborate with international branches and DMC partners for group and FIT bookings.Maintain accurate client and booking data in the company CRM.Prepare regular sales and performance reports to support branch and individual targets.Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.Stay updated on tourism trends, visa regulations, destinations, and competitive pricing.Be available beyond regular office hours for urgent client or operational requirements.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in travel and tourism sales (preferably with a TMC or DMC).Strong understanding of inbound and outbound travel operations.Proven experience in hotel contracting and vendor management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre preferred).Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.Flexibility to work beyond standard hours when required.Key CompetenciesStrong sales and business development skills.Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.Good interpersonal and networking skills.Customer-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for travel.
