About the RolePT TUV NORD Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our Training Services Department. This role focuses on selling corporate training programs related to ISO standards and professional development — including ISO 9001 Training Awareness, GMP in Cosmetics, Lean Six Sigma, and other technical and management system training programs.The position is ideal for professionals with a proven background in B2B training sales, client relationship management, and business development who can connect with corporate clients and deliver customized training solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell in-house and public training programs to corporate clients across various industries.Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B training market.Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Collaborate with technical trainers and the marketing team to create customized training proposals and solutions.Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers aligned with client needs.Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure training contracts.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business strategy development.Provide input for marketing campaigns and promotional activities for public training programs.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in training sales or corporate learning solutions (preferably B2B).Proven track record in achieving sales targets within the training or professional services industry.Strong business development and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Organized, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work with a global organization with a strong reputation for training and certification services.Exposure to diverse industries and corporate clients.Competitive remuneration package with performance-based incentives.Supportive environment that values learning and professional growth.
