SALES Role DescriptionThe insurance Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and preparing strategies to generate new business. Tasks include conducting market research, negotiating deals, preparing reports, and presenting sales projections and trends to the management team. Collaboration with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction is also expected. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.Analytical skills for market research and preparing sales reports.Time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in relevant software tools such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Experience in advertising or media sales is a strong plus.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
