Job Description

Responsibilities:Get VOC and analyze data from market, customer, competitors to find new business opportunities Develop, review sales plan of related product in own area including price, product, channel etc. (daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly) and execute sales activities as scheduledManage demand and supply along value chain (eg. 18-months demand, DQ, stock and delivery) to ensure efficiency of the entire sales process of own area Utilize customer data analytics , sales platform and sales tools application for more effectiveness and always suggest for new initiatives/improvementManage sales process from order to delivery and monitor credit term to deliver products & services that create value to customer Understand customer value chain and establish & manage customer relationship in own area to ensure that customer perceives maximum value of company’s offersGive technical advisory by recommending grades, basic technical details, solving customer’s technical problem in collaboration with technical services teamSupport NPD/Non NPD, product/service improvement projects in own area by collaborating with internal functions (TS, Material Design, Product/Application Development) & external partnersQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related fieldMinimum GPA of 2.70 for undergraduate and 3.30 for postgraduate studiesGood command of English (TOEIC score of 750 or above)0 – 5 years of experience in sales or related fieldsStrong entrepreneurship, commercial mindset and customer-centric orientationExcellent interpersonal skills, eagerness to learn, service-minded attitude, adaptability and agilityCollaborative mindset, winning mindset, and strong drive to take on challengesHaving driving licenseNew graduates are welcome
