Among its notable projects are the Philippine Arena and Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Quezon City for a Sales Head. The Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Head will also be tasked with guiding and mentoring the sales team to enhance their performance. Qualifications Strong Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management skillsProficient in Team Management and developing team performanceExcellent Analytical Skills to interpret market data and trendsOutstanding communication and leadership abilitiesExperience in the real estate industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldMust have a complete team of 3 Project directors with 3 Sales directors and 5 Property specialist each.
