Through dedicated mobile and web apps, Lalamove seamlessly connects users and drivers around the world to move things that matter.What You'll DoTeam Leadership & Management:Lead, mentor, and support a team of Account Managers to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to develop the skills of the team.Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.Facilitate regular team meetings, pipeline reviews, and strategic planning sessions.Analyze account trends, client feedback, and competitive activity to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.Account Management:Manage a portfolio of high-value, strategic accounts with full ownership of relationship development.Develop tailored account strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication and issue resolution.Create a campaign or collaboration to achieve mutual goals through shared inputs and communication.What We SeekProven experience in sales and account management, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.Exceptional client relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with expertise in upselling, cross-selling, and closing deals.Solid business acumen and ability to understand client industries, market trends, and business drivers.Skilled in account planning, forecasting, and revenue growth management.What You'll NeedBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in account management, client success, or sales (5+ years), with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong track record of managing client relationships and conducting business reviews.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Willing to work onsite in Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) 1 Kennedy Road, Brgy.
