Sales Leader Property

As our business grows, we are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented individual with strong leadership skills to join us as a Property Sales Leader.Jobdesc:Leading, coaching, mentoring, and motivating the property sales team to achieve optimal performance.Developing and implementing effective sales strategies for property product.Setting individual and team sales targets, and monitoring their achievements regularly (daily, weekly, monthly).Conducting market analysis and monitoring competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Being directly involved in the negotiation and closing process for key transactions.Ensuring the team has in-depth product knowledge and can present it effectively.Overseeing sales administration and ensuring the completeness of client documentation.Compiling regular sales reports for Management.Collaborating with the Marketing team to align promotional and sales strategies.Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Management, Economics, or a related discipline is required.A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team leadership or managerial role.In-depth understanding of various property types, including apartments, landed houses, and land plots.Excellent communication and persuasive skills, along with a proven track record in negotiating and closing deals. Highly motivated and focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong ability to analyze sales and market data to make sound strategic decisions.Placement : East Jakarta (Jakarta Timur)
