We have a professional automotive R&D process and testing & verification system, to ensure that each product can endure more than 10 years or 260,000 km of use.About the Role: Responsible for coordinating the breakdown of annual sales targets, guiding business unit distributors in operations and market expansion, and ensuring overall sales objectives are met.Responsibilities:Responsible for coordinating weekly/monthly sales process monitoring and analysis, issuing risk warnings, and creating improvement plans based on progress.Responsible for coordinating OTD operational management (production-sales planning and distribution, wholesale order management, resource and shipping coordination, and new product launch planning).Oversee holistic marketing strategy formulation (integrating industry forecasts, competitive analysis, and product evaluation), differentiated promotional policies, and phased performance reviews.Manage distributor inventory control and performance evaluation systems.Drive iterative improvements to sales management processes and supporting frameworks.Verify compliance with distributor support rebate disbursements. Qualifications:Education: bachelor's degree or higher;Major: Marketing, International Trade, or related fields;Willingness to travel internationally; cross-cultural communication skills and adaptability to rapidly changing multi-market environments preferred;Proficiency in English/Chinese as a working language for communication. Required Skills:Possess three or more years of relevant work experience and meet professional requirements.Demonstrate in-depth mastery of industry marketing methodologies and processes, with familiarity in sales market development;Proficient in market operations data analysis, capable of implementing strategies and providing marketing recommendations to support departments such as strategy, product, and promotion, while delivering valuable insights to product, marketing, and front-line sales teams;Understand the fundamental operations of major automotive brands within the industry and automotive industry trends;Understanding of fundamental automotive product development, planning systems, and marketing process frameworks;Strong learning ability and initiative, excellent communication skills and interpersonal rapport, high professional integrity, and a proactive attitude.
