About the Role We're seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts for our U.S. tax services. This role is perfect for an organized professional who excels at technical sales and building lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Drive new business development for our tax return services through strategic outreach and relationship buildingConduct discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their tax needs and present tailored solutionsPrepare and deliver compelling proposals that communicate our value propositionManage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closingMaintain organized pipeline management and consistent follow-up with prospectsCollaborate with our tax technical team to ensure smooth client onboardingBuild and refine sales processes to support scalable growthTrack and report on sales metrics and pipeline health Requirements: Proven track record in B2B or professional services sales ​​​​​​​Native or near-native English fluency (written and verbal).Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detailComfortable conducting technical sales conversations about tax servicesMBA strongly preferredProficiency with CRM systems and sales technology toolsSelf-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environmentExperience in accounting, tax, or financial services sales is a plus
