Job Description

I - Job description:Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Accounts, Modern Trade.Understand client needs and develop customized account plans to meet business objectives.Negotiate promotions, pricing, and trade terms within company policy.Monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and take corrective action to achieve targets.Coordinate with the distributor to meet customers’ service level requirements.Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.Plan and ensure timely delivery and execution of all commercial activities (e.g., launches, promotions, activations).Develop a forecast demand plan and coordinate with the supply chain and distributors to manage effective inventory levels.Conduct regular business reviews with key customers.II - Job requirement:Graduated from the University.More than 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar position within an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company.Proven success in managing Key Accounts and Modern Trade. In-depth understanding of the competitive landscape within the channels.Relationship management.Data-driven decision making.Problem-solving skills.Good command of English.Proficient with sales tech tools.Energetic, ambitious, and committed.Strategic thinking.Customer Centric Approach.Negotiation skills.Willing to travel.
