Within the Business Area Tires RE EMEA and with MENA locations in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Morocco, we serve, in close cooperation with our partner network, our customers by selling multi-brand passenger light vehicle tires, truck tires and specialty tires in over 20 countries of the region.ABOUT THE POSITIONKey Responsibilities:Participate in the definition and execution of sales strategy in the marketDefine and follow business plan of partner (importer)Define and follow brand and channel strategy of partner (importer)Balance the needs of partners and Continental's targetsImplement Equity, ContiService, O.E car dealer strategy for the regionImplement sell out pricing guideline for the Equity, ContiService & O.E. car dealer channelsImplement 3 year business plan for retail & O.E. car dealer for the regionImplement Fleet Solutions Channel strategy for the regionDefine business plan for Fleet Solutions Channel developmentDeploy brand and sellout pricing guideline for the Fleet Solutions ChannelSales OperationsForecast and follow the sales development in responsible marketAnalyze sales, costs KPI and sales efficiencyAnalyze industry and market data, follow market trendsFollow the fulfillment of deliveries, including order bookAnalyse sales & sales efficiency for the Equity, ContiService & O.E. car channelsImplement & follow up sell out activities for Equity, ContiService & O.E. car channelsConduct customer visits for all related Equity, ContiService & O.E. car channelsTrack sell out versus sell in & identify opportunities to enhance the distributor or Continental salesParticipate in the preparation of contractual commercial conditions and their regular updating with customerActivate new accounts in line with company strategyProvide business consultancy to partnersAnalyze sales and sales efficiency for Fleet Solutions ChannelDevelop, execute and follow-up sell-out actionsConduct Fleet customer visits together with partners technical and sales teamFollow-up customer performanceExchange regular information with KAM'sExchange regular information with region offices of relevant channel / customerCommunication & CoordinationAnalyze sales and sales efficiency for Fleet Solutions ChannelActivate support functions by transferring the needs of partners in their area and coordinating their involvementProvide comprehensive care and regular communication to the partnerCreate and maintain long-term relationships with partnerConsultation/ TrainingProduct ConsultationProduct recommendationProduct presentationProduct training (internal/external)Limited to new products/ launch eventsOtherCollect market and competitor informationPerform other activities directly related to the processes in the area of responsibilitiesCoach and mentor sales teams of partnerYOUR QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCEEducation / CertificationBachelor’s DegreeProfessional Experience(Variety of Functions, Variety of Business, General Management Experience)3 years of Sales ExperienceProject and/or Process ExperienceParticipation in at least one international projectLeadership ExperienceParticipation in at least one international projectIntercultural / International ExperienceI year of International ExperienceFluency in English and Arabic is mandatory
