Sales Manager - Non for Profit

I’m looking for a Sales Manager to work for a leading registered charity with a nationwide presence. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders while also managing a team of three.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales activities by developing strategy, building stakeholder relationships, setting targets, and identifying new opportunities across sectors such as education, healthcare, and business.Manage the technology team, overseeing performance, holding regular team and supplier meetings, and ensuring alignment with organizational sales goals.Track and report key sales metrics, delivering timely performance data and insights to the Director and board.Develop promotional materials and campaigns to support product awareness and sales growth.Oversee training programs for both staff and clients to ensure effective use and understanding of productsExperience/RequirementsRelevant degree in sales management or business developmentSales experience in the non-for-profit /charity sectorAt least 2 years’ experience managing teams.Excellent IT skills including all MS Office applications.Full clean drivers’ license as travel is required in this role
