该职位来源于猎聘 About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive business development across the NRMM sector, encompassing agricultural and construction machinery manufacturers. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building strategic partnerships, and leveraging your extensive industry network. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also support the sales activities of IAV Larus, our innovative wind energy solution. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and analyze market opportunities within the NRMM sector (agriculture and construction machinery).Develop and implement innovative sales strategies and business models.Acquire and manage customer relationships and strategic partners.Prepare impactful market analyses, presentations, and sales materials.Negotiate and close contracts with clients and stakeholders.Contribute to the development and commercialization of new products and services.Actively support the sales of IAV Larus in the renewable energy market.Build and maintain a strong professional network within the NRMM and wind energy sectors. Your ProfileDegree in engineering, agricultural economics, business administration, or a related field.Several years of experience in sales or business development within the NRMM industry.Deep understanding of market trends and technologies in agriculture and construction machinery.Proven network across key players in the NRMM sector.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus.Self-driven, structured, and collaborative working style.Willingness to travel as needed.
