The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and preparing sales reports. Additionally, the Sales Manager will conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and will collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless operations. Qualifications Sales and business development skills, including identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targetsClient relationship management and communication skillsTeam management and leadership skills for effectively overseeing and coordinating sales teamsMarket analysis and strategic planning skillsProficiency in preparing sales reports and documentationExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to work on-site in ZurichBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldExperience in transportation services, scrap sales, HR coil trading, and/or steel transactions is a plusProficiency in German or French is a plus
