Check out the details below!WHO ARE YOU?Proven leadership experience with full personnel responsibility, including coaching, performance management, and development.A strong network within Finnish media agencies and a deep understanding of the local advertising landscape.Proven success in media or digital sales, with a focus on performance-driven clients and solutions, and with e-commerce and transactional clients, with a deep understanding of conversion-focused advertising models.Experience and interest in display and programmatic advertising, including emerging ad formats and technologies.Solid commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.Solid strategic communication skills in both English (our company language) and Finnish (for our local market and customers)As a person, you’ve a proactive “hunter” mindset: driven, ambitious, and goal-oriented. While having your team in Finland, you report to the Chief Sales Officer for Advertising (Norway). Your goal is to shape Tori’s commercial growth strategy and drive data- and performance-based advertising solutions.Zooming In, Your Key Focus Areas AreLead, coach, and motivate a skilled 3-person advertising sales team to reach our goals: we trust you in building team practices and a team culture that not only helps our colleagues develop professionally but feel they belong.Manage your own client portfolio: this would secure a sustainable business while keeping a hands-on understanding of what the market is saying and how it’s moving.
