Role PurposeDrive sales growth across Agroz’s full product portfolio—including premium produce, vertical farming systems, and sustainability solutions—by building strong relationships with HORECA, distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement nationwide sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.Identify, onboard, and manage key accounts across HORECA, retail, distribution, and corporate sectors.Lead a team of sales executives to deliver consistent results and uphold customer satisfaction.Build and manage a sales pipeline covering both recurring produce sales and one-off system installations.Collaborate with Operations to ensure demand planning aligns with farm production schedules.Work with Marketing to execute promotions, events, and corporate engagement programs.Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts, pricing, and credit terms.Track performance using CRM tools, maintain forecasts, and report sales KPIs weekly.Represent Agroz at trade shows and corporate sustainability events.Requirements5+ years of B2B sales experience in F&B, agriculture, FMCG, or related industries.Proven success managing key accounts and expanding revenue across multiple channels.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proficient in CRM and sales analytics platforms.Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin advantageous.
