SWJ Portugal Engineering Solutions is an SWJ company in Lissabon.This is where passion and customer orientation meet for the areas of software, hardware development and testing. Our software, hardware and testing developers mainly develop in the field of embedded systems. In this context, we are supporting our customers according to Automotive SPICE, agile methods and their customer-specific processes and tools.We are looking for a Sales Manager (all genders) in Lisbon.Main tasks:Maintaining and supporting existing customers (follow-ups, appointment coordination, customer inquiries)Creating and tracking offers, contracts, and presentationsPreparing and supporting customer appointments, events, and pitchesMaintaining the CRM system, including customer data, sales pipeline, and reportingCreating evaluations and reports (e.g., forecasts, sales, KPIs)Organization of administrative sales tasks (calendar maintenance, travel planning, document management)Sending customer communications (e.g., newsletters, Christmas cards, invitations)Support with marketing and social media activities (optional)Your skills:Completed commercial training or degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or similarInitial experience in sales, internal sales, or customer service is an advantageOrganizational talent, structured and independent way of workingConfident use of MS OfficeTeam player mentality and enjoyment of direct customer contactStrong communication skills in Portuguese, English, and preferably GermanThe tasks will be carried on site in LisbonAbout us:For us, people are in the foreground.
