Job Description

Location: Monterrey, N.L. (preferred)Hiring Type: 3-month temporary contract with option for permanent hireCompensation: Base salary + performance bonusDrive organizations commercial growth by prospecting, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities in the assembly and manufacturing industries.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop sales and market-penetration strategies.Identify, prospect, and secure new clients.Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.Conduct client and plant visits to identify opportunities.Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Management to ensure proper project execution.Track goal achievement and prepare sales reports.Represent MEKRALANG at industry meetings and events.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (required).Postgraduate studies or diploma (preferred).Advanced English.Residence in Monterrey (preferred).Experience in assembly processes, plastic injection, and/or maquiladora environments.Proven record of developing new clients.Existing client portfolio and willingness to travel.ConditionsInitial 3-month contract; possibility of permanent employment with above-law benefits.Competitive compensation: base salary + performance bonus.
