The role involves driving global sales opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our business footprint across international marketsDesired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently Knowledge of HR processes and services is a plus.Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients and partners. Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Support end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth execution of deals. Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and reports for management and clients. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
