Job description:General requirements:Enthusiastic and Integrity driven individual who has the desire to exceed customer expectations.Integrity driven individual with business acumen, initiative and enthusiasm.Excellent communication and ‘people skills’.Good planning and organisational skills.Willingness to travel and work in a global environment.Good IT and report writing skills.Main Roles & Responsibilities:Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructionsGain an understanding of Client/Market in region of responsibilityParticipate in industry Events/ExhibitionsIdentify and make regular contact with potential and existing customers within the regionIdentify existing customer opportunities and new key projects that Score Energy can support.Attend customer meetings offsite as necessary to meet business goals.Respond to customers enquiries/requests by emails/phoneProvide standard reports on a weekly basis to Manager.Participate in internal sales calls as necessary.Work with technical and customer support teams in support of potential opportunitiesProvide input for marketing/PR in region of responsibilityParticipate and lead deal review calls as necessaryProvide direction for Customer Support teams in support of enquiryReview tenders commercially and technicallyProvide excellent communication and leadership between Sales and Customer Support to allow effective fulfilment of orderProvide excellent communication between Score and Customer during executionAny other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the businessAchieve customer and business goals & objectivesHealth, Safety & Quality:Awareness of Quality ProceduresTraining & People:On-going informal and formal training will be provided as necessaryQualifications, Skills & Experience:Formal qualifications not essential.Experience of the Oil, Gas and Energy industry is essential.Ability to travel between 30% and 50% to meet customer needs.Experience:Knowledge and experience of working with gas turbine customers in Asia-Pacific.Gas Turbine background.Currently based in region and willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur.Understanding of Honeywell productUnderstanding of Arkwin productUnderstanding of Parker/AAT productUnderstanding of Woodward productUnderstanding of TDI productUnderstanding of Siemens TB5000 gas turbineUnderstanding of Siemens Industrial Avon gas turbineUnderstanding of GE LM gas turbine*Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
