Your job will involve managing sales activities, guiding the team, and implementing strategies to increase revenue in a fast-paced luxury retail setting that supports management's objectives.Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership: Set individual and team sales targets, track performance, implement corrective actions to achieve business goals, and motivate the team to exceed goals. Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and train Sales Executives to foster their growth and ensure their success.Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with management strategies, promotional activities, and initiatives designed to boost revenue generation.Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate reporting in the CRM system.Client Engagement: Support the team in closing high-value deals and building key client relationships.Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to drive sales campaigns.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Strong leadership and people management skills.Proven ability to set targets, track performance, and drive results.Experience in luxury retail or interior design sectors is a plus.Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Strong analytical skills and business acumen.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Availability to work weekends with weekday off-days.If you're interested in becoming part of our team, don’t hesitate to click apply!
