MissionTo lead the growth of Spectrum's AV business by developing startegic relationships and delivering solutions tailored to the needs of Enterprise market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute vertical specific sales strategiesOwn customer relationships from prospecting to project award.Collaborate with Pre-Sales adn Engineering to design tailored solutions.Manage and track all opportunities in CRM with regular updatesEnsure propre project handover and customer follow up post-sale.Gow and manage a sales team.RequirementsPossess at least a Diploma Engineering (Audio, Electronics, ICT, etc)At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in a Audio VIsual IndustryStrong Negotiation, presentation and account management skillsWe regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
