This is an opportunity for you if youare determined on a career CHANGE or improvement;would like to advance your career in professional hotel sales field;have previously developed your career within a luxury brand (hotel or agency);love travel and frequently travel.DutiesReport to the General Manager of Southeast AsiaDevelop and implement strategies that supports the sales & marketing deliverables for outbound sales from Singapore and other Southeast Asian regionsGenerate sales revenue and bookings by qualifying and educating the market – focus on travel tradeUtilise SalesForce on a daily and weekly basis to track Sales Activities and Enquiries for reportingSupport sales activities in developing related initiatives for the Southeast Asian marketMaintain and develop strong traditional and online travel trade relationships, and have proven track record of selling-in successIdentify, cultivate and manage high-level relationships with industry experts and trade partnersRegularly localize/translate/distribute and sell-in sales material to trade partnersLiaising with Tourism Board and airline partners in developing FAM trip opportunitiesConduct market research and be an expert on outbound travel from Singapore and other Southeast Asian regionsTo perform sales calls and missions to travel agencies, corporate accounts and MICE planners in the given territories and to build relationships and develop business opportunitiesPlan and manage trade events and interview opportunities for clients as neededLiaising with luxury brands and relevant partners for special projects and events, or joint promotion opportunitiesUpdate and maintain trade profile and databaseExperience of producing and presenting reports showcasing ROIRegular monitoring of competitor activities and other administrative responsibilitiesTravel occasionally is required RequirementHospitality, Business or Marketing related degree or equivalent professional qualificationMinimum 5 years in luxury sales, preferably for travel tradeCandidates with less experience will be considered as Sales ManagerExperience in catering sales, or sales/business development in related industries will also be consideredAbility to quickly grasp and adapt to the unique sales dynamics of the B2B environment is a plusGood relations and connection with potential clients networkSelf-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skillsGood team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work under pressure and adapt to changing prioritiesA positive and humble attitude, with a strong willingness to learn and take direction, and a keen sense of etiquette and professionalism in all interactionsAble to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and consistently achieve KPI targetsGood command of spoken and written English, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook  HEAVENS PORTFOLIO’s preferencesCandidates practiced in sales or business development who are passionate about travelCandidates who have previously developed his/her career within a luxury settingCandidates expect to go through a systematic intensive training programHowever, candidates with minimal or no travel practice and passion will not be considered Staff BenefitsCompetitive base salary with performance-based bonuses tied to team and market achievementsAttractive fringe benefits packageFlexible hybrid working arrangement5 day work weekBank holidaysA dynamic and diverse team with a global outlook, offering an exciting and fast-paced work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and development in a rapidly expanding company with a global presenceRegular on job training is providedOpportunity to travel to some of the most iconic hotels in the world
