Role Description This is a contract-based, office and site role located in Singapore for a Senior Project Manager / Interior Designer. The role involves design and managing project timelines, delivering high-quality interior design solutions, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements. Responsibilities include overseeing logistics, inspecting project deliverables, and ensuring expediting processes are aligned with project goals. Qualifications Strong expertise in Design & Project Management, including planning, coordination, and delivery of infrastructure or interior design projects for consultancy and D&BProficiency in design softwares Photoshop, Sketch-Up, Enscape, AutoCad and Project Scheduling to ensure smooth execution of project activitiesKnowledge and experience in Inspection and quality assurance for project deliverablesSkills in project coordinating & management for effective oversight of supply chain and resource allocationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA degree, diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or related field; relevant certifications are a plusProven experience in large-scale interior design consultancy or D&B projects
