Core responsibilities:Management of the entire national and export to Centro America sales operations to automotive aftermarket, including team leadership, commercial policy oversight, billing and profitability control, all in alignment with the pre-approved budget for the current fiscal year. Develop short-, medium-, and long-term strategic planning, considering global guidelines and adapting them to national needs, optimized according to the characteristics of regional markets. Define and implement the commercial policy and ensure its consistent application across different regions and customer segments.Manage both internal and external sales teams, ensuring proper practices and control over all commercial activities .Participate in the development of the annual budget by product line and plan actions to ensure compliance with revenue and profitability goals established in the budget.Oversee the bonus plan, monitoring client-related actions in line with the established commercial policy.Develop incentive strategies to boost product line sales, increase market share with existing clients, and explore new markets.Monitor the need for new product launches and new product lines based on market demand, providing the Product Coordinator with relevant market intelligence to ensure accurate and timely launches aligned with budgeted profitability.Schedule regular client visits to maintain service quality, identify opportunities for improvement in commercial aspects (policy reviews, sales initiatives, portfolio updates), technical support (e.g., training or seminars), and logistics (e.g., deliveries), aiming to foster business growth and strengthen brand presence in the market.Open new strategic customers in AFTM MEX and CA focused on passenger car product line.Required skills: Sales, Sales planning, Excel, Automotive Aftermarket Sales, Customer Service. English 80% Preferred skills: Salesforce, aftermarket sales in Mexico + Central America. Career trajectory: Sales leadership of a region.
