Our professional team comprises industry experts trained in both engineering and customer service, ensuring total customer satisfaction.REQUIREMENTS:- Has a strong network with M&E Consultants, Industries (Factory), Data Centre, Fire & Security Contractors- Strong presales skills to spec in products- A good scent of looking for quality dealer- Result & Solution oriented- Experienced sales professional in driving the business growth- Skilled in sales management, business development and customer relationship management.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Strategize and identify the growth levels for each key B2B segment in order to achieve business goals• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies which include sales forecasts to achieve business sustainability in line with the parameters agreed with the management• Engage and develop strong relationship with all key dealer/customers to ensure maximum customers' satisfaction• Expand customer base and propose new business opportunities (e.g. new customer, new products range, & etc.)• Maintain physical presence in the market to recognize good performance and frontline needs• Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards• Receive broad strategic plans from management and translate into operational programs• Boost up own capabilities in term of skills & competencies as well as products knowledge to develop a highly skilled functional department• Present progress versus objectives at sales weekly meetings and corrective action• Optimize the utilization of working capital mainly cash and accounts receivables and balancing credits to promote greater sales and profit• Collaborate with inter department to ensure effective & efficient B2B operations• Build an effective leadership team and process; Strengthen the organizational capacity and effectiveness
