Today, with over 300 stations across Europe and North America of which 50 in the DACH area, we are the world's leading paddle sports rental company, and we have ambitious plans for rapid expansion in 2025 and beyond.We are now looking for a Sales Manager DACH to help drive our growth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. If you're a sales-driven professional with a passion for business development and outdoor adventures, this could be your perfect opportunity!About the RoleAs the Sales Team Manager DACH, you will play a hands-on role in expanding KAYAKOMAT across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will actively recruit Operators (a franchise light concept), engage with landowners, mainly municipalities and drive sales efforts to establish and grow our presence in the region. Additionally, you will manage a small team, ensuring smooth operations and support for new Operators.This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to combine leading a sales team combined with strategic growth and direct sales -responsibilities in an exciting international company.Key Responsibilities:Actively sell and recruit Operators to expand KAYAKOMAT’s presence in the DACH region.Engage directly with municipalities, landowners, and partners to secure prime locations.Manage and develop a small team, ensuring efficient operations and market growth.Oversee a high volume of leads and drive them through the sales and onboarding process.Develop localized sales strategies to increase visibility.Support new Operators in their launch phase and provide ongoing assistance.Work closely with international sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and outreach.Who You AreA sales-driven professional with a strong ability to close deals and build relationships.Fluent in German (native) and proficient in English.Experience in B2B sales, franchise development, or business expansion is a plus.Excited about outdoor activities—hiking, paddling, and adventure sports resonate with you!A proactive and independent team player who thrives in a fast-moving, startup-like environment.Organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication and negotiation skills.Familiar with the geography and business landscape of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.What We OfferA hands-on role in a fast-growing, international company.A chance to combine sales and leadership experience in a dynamic environment.A supportive and energetic team culture, with an office in Stockholm featuring its own beach, dock, sauna, and kayaks!Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.
