With a significant presence over the past decade in both the domestic market and the region through a network of partners, DVS has undertaken various important projects in the educational, governmental, and private sectors, telecommunications, energy, and public services. The company has installed numerous control rooms, command centers, conference and congress halls, provided broadcasting equipment to TV/film studios, cinemas, and created home cinema experiences for private clients. DVS also focuses on developing and implementing touch screen interactive solutions for educational purposes in universities and schools, as well as corporate training sessions.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with experience in the audiovisual (AV) industry to lead our sales team and drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of AV technologies (e.g., video conferencing, digital signage, control systems, AV integration) and a proven track record in B2B sales. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, mentoring sales staff, and identifying new business opportunities in corporate, education, hospitality, or government sectors.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key verticals (e.g., corporate, education, healthcare, hospitality, government).Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly.Team LeadershipLead, coach, and support a team of account executives or sales representatives.Set sales targets, track performance, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.Conduct regular training to ensure team members are knowledgeable about AV products and solutions.Client Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and AV integrators.Collaborate with clients to understand their AV needs and propose tailored solutions.Oversee contract negotiations, pricing, and project timelines.Collaboration with Internal TeamsWork closely with engineering, project management, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.Provide feedback from clients to support product development and service improvements.Reporting & CRMManage pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior leadership.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (technical AV education or certifications a plus).Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the AV industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of AV systems, technologies, and industry standards (e.g., Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Zoom, Microsoft Teams Rooms).Proven ability to close deals and grow strategic accounts.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.Preferred Attributes:Established network within the AV industry.Experience with AV integration firms, AV manufacturers, or AV distribution channels.Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, or site visits.
