Collaborate with senior management to develop sales plans that meet the overall Growth plan.Set clear sales goals, targets, and performance metrics for the team.Plan monthly/ quarterly and yearly sales plans based on the company targets and strategy· Plan the headcount needed to achieve the sales targets required. Establish and implement a consistent sales methodology to guide the sales team in effectively moving prospects through the sales funnel.Continuously evaluate and refine sales strategies, processes, and methodologies based on market dynamics and feedback from the sales team.Conduct business meetings with customers to increase customer value and volumeConduct business webinars with interested customers Monitor individual and team sales performance against targets and provide regular feedback to sales representatives through the team leaders.Recognize and reward outstanding sales performance to enhance the department outcome and growth plan Develop a robust sales forecasting process to accurately predict future sales performance.· Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, and progress towards targets. • Foster a collaborative and cohesive sales team environment by facilitating regular team meetings, sharing best practices, and encouraging knowledge sharing. • Communicate sales goals, targets, and performance expectations to the team, ensuring alignment and clarity.
