Visit www.appier.com for more information.About The RoleThe Sales Manager, Enterprise Solutions is responsible for selling and up-selling Aiqua, Aixon and BotBonnie, Appier’s AI-as-a-service products to new and existing clients and providing service in support of team revenue goals.The job title may vary depending on the final candidate's seniority and interview results.ResponsibilitiesLead sales efforts for Appier’s Enterprise Solution product suites (such as Aiqua, Aixon, Botbonnie). You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process from prospecting, qualification, negotiation and closureServe as the product expert for our technical solutions, capable of delivering tailored proposals with customised presentations and DemosInvolves getting deeper penetration of Appier AI and Data solutions across large accounts, developing these accounts from scratch and making them a strategic partnerDevelop relationships with C-level executives and decision makers within key accounts, and identify areas of new business opportunities.Practice data accuracy across internal sales tools, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and closure forecastPrepare and negotiate business proposals and quotations as requiredCoordinate cross-functional efforts to create and finalise contracts, and integration schedules as necessaryFollow up and maintain communication with clients to track satisfaction levelsAbout You[Essential]Minimum 4 years of sales experience in a heavily customer facing, target-driven role Strong soft skills to develop relationships with key decision makers in the industryIndependent and self-motivated, able to adapt to a fast paced environment A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals.Knowledge of Korea enterprise software ecosystemComfortable English fluency - this role will require both spoken and written English for internal communicationA bachelor’s Degree preferred.[Nice to have]Professional knowledge of terminology, trends and concepts of Data and AI productsExperience handling large enterprise-level accountsExperience in selling SaaS Solutions, ideally in Marketing systems, Chat, Analytics or CDPExperience working with e-commerce or retail verticals
