Sales Manager – Off-Plan (Real Estate)📍 Location: Dubai🕒 Working Days: Monday to Saturday🕥 Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PMAbout the RoleWe are hiring an experienced Sales Manager – Off Plan to join a leading real estate developer in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in off-plan project sales and a proven track record of closing deals in the Dubai market.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete sales cycle for off-plan real estate projects.Generate leads, conduct property presentations, manage site visits, and close deals.Build and maintain strong and long-term client relationships.Consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.Stay updated with market trends, project features, and competitor offerings.Prepare sales proposals, reports, and maintain records through CRM tools.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and customer experience.Mandatory RequirementsExperience: Minimum 2 years in off-plan real estate sales (specifically with developers).Location: Must be currently based in Dubai.Languages: Must speak English; candidates who know additional European languages will be preferred (German/Polish/Dutch).Education: Bachelor’s degree.Technical Skills: Strong communication and Advanced Excel skills.Preferred Candidate ProfileProven success in closing off-plan sales.High-energy, target-driven professional.Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.BenefitsVisa & InsuranceAnnual LeaveOther standard benefits as per UAE labour law
