Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager in Algeria to develop the local market. The selected candidate will be responsible for detecting new B2B clients, managing commercial relationships, identifying business opportunities and actively contributing to the company’s growth in the target market.Main Responsibilities:Proactively identify and acquire new B2B clients in AlgeriaVisit existing clients and potential partners within the assigned areaProvide commercial assistance and support to customersConduct effective negotiations and close dealsCollaborate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, administration)Requirements:Strong motivation to excel in the sales sectorExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsStrong negotiation and persuasion abilitiesArabic mothertongueEnglish proficiency at minimum B1 levelValid driver’s license and willingness to travelWhat We Offer:Fixed salary + performance-based bonusesCompany laptop and mobile phoneContinuous professional training opportunitiesReal opportunities for career growth and advancement
