This role requires strong B2B experience, a deep understanding of construction projects and materials, and proven success in managing and expanding client accounts.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and market expansion goals.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and project partnerships within the construction industry.Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and group KPIs.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, developers, architects, and suppliers.Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure project requirements and client expectations are met.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business planning and decision-making.Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for management.Oversee proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and closing of high-value deals.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within construction materials, trading, or project-based industries.Proven track record in sales management, business development, and client relationship building.Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Willing to work onsite in Taguig City and travel occasionally for client meetings or project visits.
