You will identify new opportunities, prepare compelling proposals, and secure high-margin contracts for our integrated security solutions. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual who can build lasting relationships with senior executives and act as a trusted advisor to our clients.Your Key Responsibilities will include:Proactively developing new business through planned prospecting, networking, and lead generation to achieve and exceed sales targets.Preparing and delivering high-quality sales quotations, proposals, and tender documents that align with our business strategy.Conducting thorough site surveys and risk assessments to design innovative, customer-centric security solutions.Demonstrating business Agility by responding swiftly to market changes and competitor activity.Managing and nurturing relationships with key corporate accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer information in our sales system with the utmost Integrity.Championing our commitment to Safety by actively participating in all safety initiatives and adhering to company policies to ensure a secure environment for all.What We're Looking For:Residence of & eligibility to work in GabonA minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional sales environment, with a proven track record of achieving targets and closing deals.Demonstrable experience engaging with senior-level executives.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.A strong sense of professional credibility and a customer-centric mindset.The ability to drive delivery and deliver on objectives in a fast-paced environment.Ready to build a career with a global leader?If you are a results-driven sales professional who is passionate about creating safer environments through innovative solutions, we want to hear from you.
