Job Title: Sales ManagerJob Objective:To lead and develop sales operations in the Eastern Region (Dammam), by acquiring new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Manager ensures that all pricing and service proposals are competitive, aligned with customer expectations, and support the company’s growth strategy in the land transport brokerage sector.Key Responsibilities:Sales Planning and Execution:Develop and implement the annual sales plan in line with company goals.Identify target industries and high-potential customers in the region.Suggest marketing and promotional initiatives to expand market share. 2.Team Leadership and Management:Supervise the sales team, set individual targets, and monitor performance.Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.Provide coaching and training to enhance team capabilities. 3.Client Relationship Management:Acquire new clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing ones.Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service.Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions. 4.Work closely with the Pricing Department to obtain competitive quotations.Coordinate with Operations to ensure service delivery meets customer expectations.Collaborate with Finance to follow up on collections and billing accuracy. 5.Performance and Market Analysis:Achieve monthly and annual sales revenue targets.Analyze sales results, identify growth opportunities, and propose corrective actions.Prepare periodic reports for senior management on sales performance and market trends. 6.Market Intelligence:Monitor competitors’ activities and market developments.Provide recommendations for pricing strategies or service improvements.Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of sales experience in land transport or logistics.Strong knowledge of the Eastern Region’s transport market.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).Strong leadership and analytical skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.
