Job Description

Job Objective:Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market to achieve profitability and growth targets in line with company vision and values.Responsibilities:Grow sales and profitability in the target segment – Quick Service chains and restaurants, Café chains, take-out food outlets, bakery chains, new lifestyle supermarket deli counters, especially for global Full Service and QSR and Café brands such as Yum, McDonald’s, Starbucks, Havi, etc.Develop a network of key accounts and possible distribution channels in the target market.Develop a business plan following company sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.Create and conduct proposal presentations to key accounts and customers.Monitor customer preferences and identify sales priorities.Develop solutions and product offerings to meet customer needs.Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans.Manage the daily sales activities, including:Keeping proper record of pricing, customer information and data, industry statistics, sales record and analysis, channel inventory.Responding to and resolving customer complaints.Supplying sales forecasts to the plant as per requested period by the company.Preparing budget and controlling expenses to meet budget expectations.Coordinating with other functional departments in developing products and services, delivery and shipment, and credit control and payment collection.Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics standards, and ensuring their practical implementation.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or above (may be flexible for candidates with extensive industry experience).Minimum 5 years of experience in the disposable food packaging or FMCG industry, OR 5+ years of sales experience in the food and beverage industry.Proven track record of serving clients in chain restaurants, tea/beverage, coffee, convenience stores, fresh food supermarkets, or prepared meal sectors, with successful 0-to-1 client development cases.Strong commercial and market development acumen.Extensive experience in customer relationship management.Deep understanding of customer and target market dynamics and requirements.Good business sense with the ability to identify business opportunities.Team management experience is preferred.Skills:Native Japanese speaker with professional working proficiency in either Chinese or English.Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.Persuasion and negotiation skills.Proficient in business presentations.Skilled in MS Office applications.Personality: Outgoing, mature, and energetic.
