Joining V-DAQ means playing a key role in making a significant impact to our customers and community.The opportunityWe’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead V-DAQ’s sales and growth engine. Accountable for lead generation, new customer acquisition, and new product and segment Go-To-Market (GTM). You’ll lead and grow the sales team and channels and work tightly with Marketing and Customer Success to deliver a seamless journey from first touch to long-term value. Success looks like a healthy sales pipeline, customer growth, product growth, and a unified customer experience.What You’ll DoLead the sales and growth engine end-to-end, being directly accountable for lead generation, customer aquation, revenue and product growth.Recruit, onboard, and further develop a high-performing sales and growth team.Drive new growth opportunities from qualification to close, leading by example and coaching the team on deal strategy throughout.Act as the GTM hub, aligning execution across other company function such as Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing and others.Leverage CRM data and analytics to surface insights and trends that drive smarter decisions, stronger sales performance, and faster growth.Develop, implement, and continuously refine sales and growth strategies that align with company goals, market trends, and customer needs.Empower the Account Management team with sales enablement and training in value-based, consultative, and cross-selling methodologies to drive customer growth and retention.Extend our reach by representing V-DAQ at industry events, cultivating channel relationships, and building partnerships that expand distribution and impact.What You’ll Bring5+ years' experience building and scaling sales teams in B2B tech/SaaS including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.A lead-by-example mindset, pairing strategic oversight with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute directly to sales growth.Strong CRM experience and discipline (dashboards, automations, hygiene).Clear and concise communicator with an enablement mindset, skilled at building playbooks, content, and repeatable processes.A confident, proactive, and collaborative personality, able to work effectively across creative and technical teams and with customers and partners.BenefitsBe part of a fast-growing tech company with plenty of room to develop your career.Work from modern beachside offices in Wollongong, with reserved parking and easy access to public transport.Enjoy and contribute to a fun, collaborative, and evolving culture.Resumes and cover lettersWe’re keen to hear the real you!
