Our team of professionals partners with clients across industries, providing tailored services that let them focus on what they do best — running their business. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts and expand our client base in the professional services market.  Your role: As our Sales Manager in Latvia, you’ll take charge of developing and executing a sales strategy that positions Leinonen as the go-to partner for accounting, payroll, and tax & legal outsourcing services. You’ll work closely with our marketing and service delivery teams to ensure we meet our client needs.  Key responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities. Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and presentation to negotiation and contract signing. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a smooth transition to service delivery teams. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings.  You’re a great fit if you have: Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B sales, ideally in professional or outsourcing services (accounting, payroll, tax, or legal). Strong English language skills, both oral and written. Strong understanding of financial and regulatory services for corporate clients. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to achieving results. Experience with CRM tools and structured sales processes. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.  What we offer: Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses Collaborative and professional work environment Modern office in Riga city centre Continuous learning and professional development support Additional health insurance (after the probationary period) Team spirit events  In compliance with the GDPR, we have implemented this privacy notice to inform you, as prospective employees of our Company, of the types of data we process about you.
