To strengthen our European Sales Team, we are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager (m/f/d) with a scientific background to expand our customer base and build lasting relationships in Southern Germany and Switzerland.Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop new customer relationships and drive sales growth in the Munich/Basel regionIdentify and convert new business opportunities within pharma, biotech, and academic researchMaintain and expand existing customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retentionPresent Cube Biotech’s technologies and products on-site and at scientific eventsCollaborate closely with internal marketing and scientific support teamsRepresent Cube Biotech at trade fairs and conferences in Europe (approx. 30-50% travel)Your ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related fieldMinimum 2–3 years of sales experience in life science tools or consumablesProven track record in new customer acquisition and account managementStrong communication and negotiation skills with a focus on consultative sellingGood understanding of workflows in protein biochemistry, membrane proteins, or structural biologySelf-driven, reliable, and motivated to grow the business in your regionFluent in English, German is a plusExperience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is an advantageWe offerA full-time position (40 hours per week) in full remote Extensive initial trainingResponsible and interesting workCooperation in a motivated team with short decision-making processes, flat hierarchies and open communicationIf you are interested in becoming a part of our dedicated and friendly team, please email your application in PDF format to karriere@cube-biotech.com.
