THE ROLEAs an Sales Manager (m/f/x), you will support the YOC team in expanding and maintaining customer relationships within the digital advertising landscape. Acting as the interface between media agencies, advertisers, and internal tech teams, you will contribute to the successful execution of campaigns. Your responsibilities will include: Acquiring and managing clients in the Swiss digital advertising marketAdvising media agencies and direct clients on innovative ad formats and programmatic solutionsCoordinating campaigns, including briefing, execution, and monitoringAnalyzing campaign data, preparing reports, and providing optimization recommendationsMonitoring market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunitiesWorking closely with the Sales and Operations teamYOUR PROFILEDegree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Management, or a comparable qualificationInitial experience in digital advertising, media sales, or account management is an advantageStrong interest in the Swiss digital and media landscapeAnalytical mindset with confidence in working with numbers and KPIsCommunicative, proactive personality with a passion for client interactionExcellent German and English skills; French is a plusHigh level of self-motivation and willingness to learnTeam player with a hands-on mentalityStrong organizational skills and a structured way of workingEnthusiasm for digital trends and innovative advertising solutionsWHAT WE OFFERYOC stands for „Your Opinion Counts”.
